Evergreen Permitting and Consulting, was founded by Lynette Arhutick in 2022. In 2005, Lynette began working for a local builder here in the Pacific Northwest as an office administrator. Over the years she has learned all aspects of new home construction, specializing in preconstruction and permitting, including working in the field with her husband who is also in the building industry. Her passion is helping people achieve their dreams of a new home with as little frustration and delays as possible.
